The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakiya P.S. Case No. 327 of 2018 for the offence under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner is transpired in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Kishan Kumar and Ramayan Kumar Mahto. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2018.

Case No.327 of 2018.
