The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "1(i) For a direction to the respondents to pay to the petitioner the amount of Group Insurance with 12.5%

Patna High Court CWJC No.23951 of 2019(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/3 compound interest.

(ii) For a direction to the respondents to pay to the petitioner the amount of D.D.A. from 1982 to 1989 with 9% interest.

(iii) For a direction to the respondents to pay to the petitioner the amount of D.A. with H.R.A. from the period of 01.01.2006 to 31.03.2010.

(iv) For a direction to the respondents to pay to the petitioner amount of Strike Period salary from 01.08.2000 to 09.12.2000 (131 days).

(v) For a direction to the respondents to pat to the petitioner the amount of interest on delay payment of dues differential of salary amount Rs.

7,84,938/- (Annexure-2).

(vi) For a direction to the respondents to pay to the petitioner the amount of Panel interest upon the entire dues amount from the dates they became due till the dates of their respective payment."

Learned counsel for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga, Mrs. Binita Singh, submits that part of grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University, the petitioner is directed to file/make an appropriate representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his remaining grievance, if any. In case, any such representation is filed/made by the petitioner before the concerned authority, the concerned authority shall consider the representation of the petitioner and

Patna High Court CWJC No.23951 of 2019(3) dt.22-06-2020 3/3 pass an appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of four months, from the date of filing/making of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
