" (i) That by this writ application, the petitioner craves indulgence of this Hon'ble

Patna High Court CWJC No.19482 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/3 Court for issuance of appropriate writ/direction/order to the respondents for passing appropriate orders on the Measurement Report submitted by the Anchal Amin on 08.01.2025 relating to the land of the petitioner bearing Khata No. 54, Khesra No.

110, Thana No. 114, Mauza-Bansitikar, Area10.5 Dec. situated at Sabour Circle, DistrictBhagalpur and further direction to the respondents to take appropriate steps in this matter and / or any other order / orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case."

2. Mr. Rajendra Kumar Jain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Bijay Bhusan Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents are present and they are heard.

3. The main grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is that despite the measurement process having been completed in respect of the petitioner's land, the private persons whose lands are situated at the boundaries of the petitioner's land are disturbing the petitioner's possession and to redress this grievance, petitioner has filed an application before the Circle Officer, Sabour, Bhagalpur but no action has been taken.

4. This court is of the view that the issue raised by the petitioner in this writ petition is premature for consideration of this court under writ jurisdiction. However, Circle Officer, Sabour, Bhagalpur is directed to dispose of the petitioner's application as per the provision of law and according to merit within eight weeks from the date of receipt or production of this order's copy.
