The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No.219 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308, 337 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a case and counter case. The two injured from the side of the informant have sustained simple and superficial injuries whereas five persons from the side of the

Regard being had to the submissions made above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No.219 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
