Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he dragged to the informant, finding her alone, with some illicit purpose. Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 25.11.2017. For village politics he has been falsely implicated. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31734 of 2018(4) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Raghunathpur Police Station Case No.173 of 2017, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
