2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 120B and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. All the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner and eight unknown persons, who covered their face, indiscriminately assaulted by means of iron rod and hockey stick causing injury on his both legs and whole body.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. He is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

No.81926 of 2024(4) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather allegation of assault is general and omnibus against twenty persons including the petitioner. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents and has been languishing in custody since 23.09.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the facts aforesaid facts and the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.382 of 2024.
