Patna High Court CWJC No.17403 of 2025(2) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3, i.e., the Chief Electoral Officer, Bihar to consider the representation dated 18..10.2025 (Annexure P/6) strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
