Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
The report of the learned trial Judge dated 27th July, 2018 would reveal that all the chargesheet witnesses have been examined in this case and the trial is at the verge of conclusion.
Let the trial be concluded within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail before the court below who shall consider the prayer on the basis of testimony of the witnesses examined during trial.
