2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 324, 307, 447, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 11.05.2023 at about 5 PM, while the informant was constructing a wall on his land, the petitioner and other co-accused persons, armed with weapons, entered in informant's house and thereafter, assaulted him and his father and brother. The accused also damaged the CCTV camera with intent to destroy the evidence. This petitioner is also alleged to have stabbed informant with a spear causing injuries to he left chest and lip.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are agnates and due to dispute over partition of property, an altercation took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.09.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Barhara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 283 of 2023.
