2. The petitioner has a grievance that certain piece of gairmazarua land has been encroached upon by private persons. The petitioner is said to have approached the Circle Officer of the concerned Block, raising the said grievance.

3. Considering the nature of the grievance, which the petitioner has raised, this application is disposed of with a direction that let the Circle Officer consider the petitioner's application and proceed, in accordance with law.
