ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2018 in connection with Bettiah Mufasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No.15 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 427, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties with regard to the present occurrence and a partition suit is also pending as the informant and the petitioner's sides are agnates. It is further submitted that the injuries were inflicted on both sides and that the allegation of assault by means of Farsa has been attributed to the petitioner.
