The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 482 of 2019, G.R. No. 1882/2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 376(D) of the Indian Penal Code and 4(6) of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that specific allegation in the present case has been made out against other co-accused, namely, Lukho Thakur not the present petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73588 of 2019(2) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 482 of 2019, G.R. No. 1882 of 2019.
