Petitioners seek bail in Dhangai P.S.Case No.20 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are not named in the F.I.R. They have been falsely implicated in this case. Their names have surfaced in course of investigation in this case only on suspicion. Widow of deceased changed her version one after another.They are in jail custody since 07.04.2018 having no criminal antecedent.
