Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 237 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is the father of victim girl has stated in his written complaint that on 17.04.2018 at about 11:00 A.M. his daughter Priti Kumari aged 16 years was going to her aunt's place. It is alleged that while she was going petitioner enticed her and took her away to get married.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The girl was recovered and

No.35160 of 2018(3) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 statement of victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. in which she stated that petitioner is brother-in-law of her sister and due to which she went with the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 237 of 2018.
