2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S.Case No. 72 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section3/4 of the D.P.Act.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased for dowry.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2022, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
