2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 193 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner took money from the informant and others promising a job and took them to the bank where bank account was opened without giving knowledge to the informant about the same and the bank account was used by the Cyber Frauds for huge transaction.

4. From reading the case diary, it also appears that huge transactions were made by the Cyber Frauds and petitioner is a member of the gang involved in the cyber fraud.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is dismissed.

6. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
