Petitioner seeks bail in Mansi P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in her written complaint has stated that on 05.03.2018 her husband had gone to Tikapur village for conducting Pooja in the house of Shankar Yadav and thereafter became traceless, and when she made enquiry on mobile she could not get any information then she has lodged the present FIR.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. There is no specific

Similarly, situated co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 10.08.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 39192 of 2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018.
