The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 605 of 2019 registered under Section 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner was in a drunken state and has remained in custody for about three months, the prayer for bail is allowed.
