2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that daughter of the informant was married to the petitioner one year ago. After some time of the marriage, the petitioner started assaulting the daughter of the informant. It is further alleged that rupees 2 lacs was demanded by him. It is also alleged that petitioner is a drunkard. The date of occurrence is of 22.04.2024 at about 1 am. The elder daughter of the informant Pramila Devi who was married in the same village informed that Kajal Kumari has been killed by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this case, Pramila Devi has given her statement before police wherein she has stated that on the date of the occurrence, the petitioner has brought her sister in a toto and has told her that her sister has committed suicide after that they rushed her to clinic of a doctor which was closed after that they went to doctor Anjali's clinic where she was declared dead. From perusal of the postmortem report, it transpires that except ligature mark there is no ante-mortem injury. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 28.06.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sultangunj P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
