====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015 (S.Tr. No. 205 of 2016) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite and conclude trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. However, if the trial is not concluded
