After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, appellants are directed to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering the fact that appellants have been given the benefit of section 41(i) of the Cr.P.C.
