The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Laukaha Case No. 127 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30894 of 2022.

In compliance of the order dated 05.01.2024, a status report has been received in respect of conclusion of trial dated 15.01.2024 by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of three months.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82122 of 2023(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of time positively as mentioned in its report failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
