The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148,149, 387, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per FIR, allegation against the petitioner is of demanding Rangdari. It is further alleged that after sometime, the petitioner along with others came to the house of informant and abused and threatened with demand of Rangdari. It is also alleged that the petitioner apart from this case, accused in twenty two more cases, which appears from Case Diary at Para-62. Considering the nature and gravity of offence as well as criminal antecedents against the petitioner, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41324 of 2018 (3) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
