Petitioner seeks bail in Telhara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged of causing injury by brick by petitioner Kailu Yadav and another co-accused Bhushan Yadav. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation against both the accused persons are similar in nature and Bhushan Yadav has already been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 11.07.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40369 of 2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 22.05.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39777 of 2018(3) dt.30-08-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2018.
