Petitioners apprehend his arrest in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S.Case No. 528 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of kidnapping of minor boy of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have falsely been implicated in this case and as a matter of fact the boy was traceless in the flood occurred in the area. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41496 of 2018 (3) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 petitioners stating that witnesses have stated during course of investigation that petitioners have hand in the crime and they have threatened the witnesses also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this application is dismissed.
