The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Rail P.S. Case No. 3/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the written report, it is alleged that when the informant was traveling in train from Guwahati to Anand Bihar (Delhi), at Begusarai Railway Station one unknown person took away his mobile phone. It is alleged that aforesaid mobile phone has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2018. He had purchased the aforesaid mobile from unknown person. He had no knowledge about theft of aforesaid mobile.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42180 of 2018 (3) dt.27-09-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Railway, Barauni, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Rail P.S. Case No. 3/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
