2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondent authorities especially respondent no. 3 and 4 to allow the petitioner by giving him opportunity for scrutiny of his all original certificates as petitioner failed to appear in the office of respondent no. 3 and 4 on the fixed date i.e. on 01.09.2023 pursuant to information circulated vide memo no. 3371 dated 22.08.2023 issued under the signature of respondent no. 4, calling all the candidates whose OP ID No. have been mentioned in the body of the notification and O.P. ID no. of the petitioner i.e. OP201039494A which is mentioned in the notification but due to his illness, he failed to appear on fixed date.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17807 of 2023(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 (ii) Petitioner further seeks Hon'ble Court's indulgence commanding the respondent authorities to fix another date for scrutiny of original certificates of the left over shortlisted candidates.

(iii) Petitioner further seeks any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the eye of law and in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Respondent No.4, but till date no order has been passed by the Respondent No.4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No.4 along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the Respondent No. 4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
