The petitioner, being the husband, is in custody since 02.01.2018 in connection with S.T.No. 86 of 2018 arising out of Kurusakanta P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. However, the fact remains that the petitioner is the husband and he has moral responsibility towards his wife and the allegation is that the petitioner, in the past, used to demand money from the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. It is,
