1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.238 of 2025 instituted under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 08.05.2025 son-inlaw of Mohan Singh came to the house of informant on the occasion of marriage ceremony due to which on 11.05.2025, coaccused Chanchal Singh from his mobile abused and threatened the brother of informant. It is further alleged that when the brother of informant came out of his house, then all the accused

No.77604 of 2025(3) dt.11-02-2026 2/3 persons including the petitioners armed with lathi, danda, iron rod, iron dab came at road near the door of informant and assaulted him and his family members causing injury to them. It is also alleged that accused persons have snatched the gold chain and ring from the cousin of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence as there was free fight between the parties, due to which both the parties got injuries. Learned counsel submits that the injury to the injured is simple in nature. He further submits that petitioners have got clean antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial of the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the
