In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1211 C/2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 494, 394, 379, 498 A, 354 (B), 372/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The matter relates to dispute between the husband and the wife.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled and the opposite party no.2 is residing with her husband. This fact has been communicated to the counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72163 of 2019(4) dt.28-08-2020 2/2 other side to confirm the same and further stated that the opposite party no.2 has no longer in interest in pursuing the matter.

In view of the aforesaid statement made at the bar, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Complaint Case No. 1211 C/2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
