Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.298 of 2019, corresponding to R/Gr No.1647 of 2019, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that in the morning of 22.07.2019, wife of the informant tried to pacify the dispute between the girl and boy. At that time, Ram Pyare Bind came with gun and started to make firing which hit in the neck of his wife Dhanwanti Devi and also at the thigh of Girija Devi.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73119 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner No.1, Ashok Paswan and petitioner No.2, Shyam Narayan Bind, be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No.298 of 2019, corresponding to R/Gr No.1647 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
