JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No.31 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having regard to the nature of allegations and the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected. However, the court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months from today.
