This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No.34 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that four named accused person including the petitioner surrounded the husband of the informant and one Kunal Singh fired on him and thereafter this petitioner also fired on the back causing injury on his back, the husband of the informant fell down and died. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation of firing is on the back but no injury was found on the back of the deceased. He is in custody since

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail stating that apart from the allegation, the petitioner is accused in four other cases also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
