Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No.526 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 332, 143, 333, 353,302 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR, a mob of 150-200 persons have assaulted to the deceased and the petitioner has also been named in the FIR.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though he is named in the FIR but nothing specific has been attributed against him and another co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 7.11.2019 passe din Cr. Misc. No.71059 of 2019 by a Co-

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that the petitioner has criminal antecedent also..
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S.case No.526 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
