Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier vide order dated 01.03.2024, learned counsel for the State has submitted that the trial of the petitioner is going on and total one witness has already been examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within six months and in these circumstances, this Court has rejected the bail application of the petitioner

3. On perusal of the Status report, it seems that learned J.M. 1st Class Danapur has committed the case to the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Patna on 04.10.2024 and yet no witnesses has been examined till date.

In these circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of District and Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Session Case No. 1419 of 2024 arising from Danapur P.S.
