JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chainpur P. S. Case No. 327 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is of recovery of huge quantity of fire arm from the house of one Deen Bandhu Bind and it is alleged that Deen Bandhu Bind has stated that petitioners have kept arm there.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except confessional statement of the co-accused, there is absolutely nothing against the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Chainpur P.
