Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 335 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of assault to the informant and others. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and he is in custody since 9.7.2018 and there is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 6.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.53162 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 335 of 2013, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
