2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 21(c), 25, 8 (A)(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 294 liters of cough syrup.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the tenant of the house from which the recovery has been made and he is in custody since 10.09.2024 and it is the house owner who has kept the illicit materials.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Riga Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
