JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Saketpur P. S. Case No. 24 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 153A, 295, 337, 427, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC.
As per F.I.R. petitioners and other named and unnamed accused persons blocked the rod on the eve of Holi festival and trying to disrupt the communal harmony. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the petitioners. They have no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Darbhanga, in connection with Saketpur P.
