Category has been declared to be found ineligible.

(ii) To issue an appropriate writ

Patna High Court CWJC No. 22523 of 2019(3) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 preferably in the nature of 'Mandamus Commanding upon the respondent authorities to grant Retail Outlet for location no. 352 within 4 K.M. from Madrasa Chowk, Mughlaghat towards Jadia, on National Highway-327E, District- Supaul.

(iii) To hold and declare that the petitioner fulfill criteria (v) Group-1 as laid down by the respondent authorities in their advertisement and brochure dated 24.11.2018.

(iv) To grant any other(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that, in view of the intervening developments, the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.

Prayer allowed.
