2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 68348 of 2024 by this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of "learned A.C.J.M. - III, Danapur (Patna)", it was wrongly mentioned in prayer portion of bail petition, as "learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Patna City (Patna)". Due to that reason, same error has occurred in paragraph - 6 of the aforesaid order and as such, he requests for necessary correction.

4. In view of aforesaid facts, let "learned A.C.J.M. - III, Danapur (Patna)" be read in place of "learned Addl.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83883 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 Sessions Judge-III, Patna City (Patna)" in paragraph - 6 of order 23.10.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 68348 of 2024.

5. Accordingly, further six weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) in the office of concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

6. Accordingly, said order passed in Cr.Misc. No. 68348 of 2024 is modified to the above extent.

7. This petition is, accordingly, allowed.
