Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land disputed and village politics. In her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim has given altogether a different story than what has been narrated by the informant in the first information report. Merely bald and frivolous allegations have been levelled against these

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 256 of 2017.
