Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of petitioners disclosing therein that they do not find their place over the alleged sale deed executed by Parwej Alam as a witness or identifier. Furthermore, it has also been stated that they are not the executant of the sale deed.
It has been alleged by the informant that after negotiation Parwej Alam has sold away 1.25 decimal of land of khesra no.599 in favour of his mother. When they have gone to take possession, at that very time they came to know that the land had already been sold in favour of Lal Babu Sah of village Ratanpur. So he alleged that he has been deceived. In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners Md. Allauddin, Md. Kalam @ Md. Kalam Mian are directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest /surrender before the learned lower court within fortnight on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53502 of 2018 (3) dt.07-09-2018 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No.117/2018 in terms of condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
