JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, opposite party no.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 249 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 379, 494, 109 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. By order dated 20.11.2019, the matter has been referred to the Mediation Center, Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. The report of the Mediator is at Flag 'M'. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and a copy of settlement has been filed before Centre.
