2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 26.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 51056 of 2024 but the petitioner is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground of his prolonged incarceration.
3. Learned counsel has submitted further that the maximum punishment for the offence is three years and the petitioner has suffered more than one year under custody. He has also submitted that in most of the cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail petition, the petitioner either has been acquitted or granted bail.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, nature of offence as well as the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 8 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
