2. This review petition has been filed for review/omission of part of the order dated 19.09.2023 passed in Civil Misc. No. 438 of 2023 by this Court by which this Court in the second portion of para 5 of the said order has also directed that the Sub-Judge concerned hearing the Partition Suit No. 356/2013 is directed to dispose of the partition suit within six months of receipt of a copy of this order as the parties are brother and sister.

3. I do not find any ground to interfere in this review application. Accordingly, this review application is hereby dismissed.
