Petitioner, apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 452, 307, 380, 511, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged that on 12.04.2019 at about 11 P.M., while he was sleeping in his field in the meantime petitioner along with co-accused assaulted the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Allegation as made appears to be improbable. All male and female family members have been made accused. There is no injury report on record. Similarly

No. 49360 of 2019. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on prearrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Digha P.S.
