This is the second attempt of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 68 of 2021 dated 23.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504/34 of IPC. Earlier, the petitioners had filed Cr. Misc. No. 47179 of 2021 and vide order dated 23.06.2022, the same was dismissed. After investigation police has filed final form and learned court below took cognizance against the petitioners. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81113 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 petitioners on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on their behalf is hereby rejected.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
