This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Kasma P.S.Case no.2 of 2018 dated 10.1.2018for the offences under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner who happens to be the husband is of dowry death and further FIR discloses that earlier also he attempted to kill her.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that while preparing food, her sari caught fire due to that she died. The petitioner is in custody since 31.1.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52908 of 2018 (4) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
