The petitioner seeks bail in Bajpatti P. S. Case No. 88 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 325 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report it is alleged that three accused persons, namely Sunil Mandal, Niras Mandal and Dilip Mandal caught hold the informant on the point of pistol and committed illegal act with her. It is further alleged when the informant made protest and her family members were going to make complain with regard to the act of the aforesaid accused persons then this petitioner and other accused persons surrounded the family members of the informant. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52942 of 2018(3) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 alleged that this petitioner assaulted Dhiraj Das by means of Farsa on his neck.

The injury report of Dhiraj Das is available in the case diary which shows that one sharp edged wound dimension of (3"x 1⁄4" x skin deep) and ( 2" x 1⁄4"x skin deep) was found on the person of the injured and doctor has opined the injury to be dangerous to life.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.7.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Pupri Dist. Sitamarhi, in connection with Bajpatti P. S. Case No. 88 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
